Autumn is in full swing in Hangzhou with colored leaves falling and fresh cool breeze brushing in warm sunshine. ISAC visited Hangzhou Xiasha university town where many of our partner universities are located. The university town is officially called Hangzhou Xiasha Higher Education Park.
